The toughest biometric-privacy law in the United States — the one with real penalties. We meet it for every user, in every state. We never create faceprints, never match faces across accounts, and never sell, lease or trade biometric data. Not to anyone, at any price.
The strictest data-protection law in the world. We honour its rights — access, correction, deletion, portability, withdraw consent any time — for everyone, not just Europeans. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and never costs you your account.
We ask consent for every photo you submit, not once at signup — because that's what these laws actually require, and a one-time checkbox wouldn't really protect you. It's mildly annoying. We think that's the right trade.
Most services build to whatever's easiest where they're incorporated, and hope. Your photos are deleted within 12 months, automatically and provably. You can read the full terms — they're written in plain English on purpose, and there's nothing buried in them.

Not open yet, and we’d rather say so. This tier runs on rented cloud hardware we haven’t stood up. We’re not taking money for it until it works, and we won’t print a monthly image figure until we’ve measured the real cost — a number you can check is the whole point of this page.
How the count works, honestly: your monthly figure is a pool. A new image draws from it — and so do edits like filters, frames, repairs and upscales, so heavy editing uses it up faster. It refreshes each month and doesn’t roll over. Tokens you buy on top are different: those never expire, ever.
Straight about where we are: the free preview is open now; paid tiers switch on at launch. A higher hosted tier for heavy and professional use is on the way.

Buy a top-up and it's yours for keeps — not monthly, not on cancellation, not ever. Your monthly plan allowance is the metered part: it refreshes each cycle and doesn't roll over, like most plans. But anything you pay for on top, you keep — and cancelling never deletes your tokens or your images.
If prices go up, yours doesn't — for as long as your subscription runs. Refunds within 30 days, no questions and no retention call. Nothing is ever charged without you choosing it on a checkout screen.
A free tier, and an entry tier a working person can actually afford. That isn't a launch promotion — it's the point. Not everyone making something for their family has a budget line for software.
We're early, and we'd rather say so. Image Desk is young and shipping fast — tell us what's missing and it has a real chance of getting built. Fair warning though: as the toolset grows, prices for new subscribers will grow with it. That's why the price-lock above exists. Whatever you sign up at is what you keep paying.
